Do I have to pay a deposit at the time of booking?

You will have to pay the deposit according to the percentage and the timing indicated in the booking.

If I book by phone or email, when will I receive the confirmation?

The confirmation is sent within 24 hours by the responsible office, always by email, complete with bank details, where a deposit is requested as a confirmation payment.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, WE GUARANTEE FREE CANCELLATION. You just need to cancel by email 15 days before arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit paid.

What time are check-in and check-out?

It is possible to check in from 8:30 a.m. onwards. From the moment of arrival, all services are already active (beach, bar, pools...). The room will be handed over as soon as it is ready and in any case no later than 2:00 p.m. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
Full board begins with lunch on the day of arrival (from 12:00 to 14:00) and ends with breakfast on the day of departure (from 8:00 to 9:30).
Guests may leave their luggage at reception before check-in and after check-out.

What kind of breakfast is served?

Continental sweet and savory buffet breakfast with fresh pastries made directly by our pastry chef, and it is served from 8:00 to 9:30.

Yes, we have 2 adult pools, 2 children’s pools, and 2 whirlpool tubs. They are open from 9:30 to 12:30 and from 15:00 to 19:00.

Is parking available?

Yes, 100 meters from the hotel there is a large parking area, AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR A FEE, at €6 per day for the first 7 days. It is fenced, illuminated, not guarded, and sufficient for all guests.

Where is the nearest bus stop?

50 meters from the hotel.

What is the nearest railway station?

It is located in Cervia, three kilometers away.

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

We inform you that small dogs are welcome at the cost of €70.00 as a one-time fee. Your little dog can stay with you in the garden, in the pine forest, at the outdoor restaurant as well as in the pizzeria, and can stay in a room with a balcony. Unfortunately, you cannot bring it to the pool or to the indoor restaurant, and due to a municipal ordinance of Cervia, it cannot access the beach

Is the beach service included?

Of course! One umbrella and two sunbeds per room.

Where is the beach located?

In front of the hotels, just 40 meters away — you only need to cross the pine forest.

Are drinks on the beach paid for?

Yes, the open bar service is available at the bar of Hotel Antea

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

Yes, a front-cooking restaurant equipped with a pizzeria, buffet service.

Is the entertainment always present?

From 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., except for two afternoon hours, in different areas, never intrusive.

Can I get discounted tickets for the parks?

Yes, discounts for Mirabilandia (Ravenna) and free admission to the Atlantica water park in Cesenatico.

If it rains, are there indoor areas?

Of course, our halls are spacious and we also have indoor areas for children.

At the bar can I take whatever I want?

The main bar, located in the hall of Hotel Antea, is available to all our guests with draft beverages by the glass, soft drinks, fruit juices by the glass, coffee drinks, slushes, and fresh fruit.
