Summer at the top village formula, where everything is included and without limits

What beautiful pools!

We’ve never seen a sight like this before

No fewer than 4 heated outdoor pools, suitable for our children aged 4 and 10, but also for the very little ones as well as the older ones, in the only real Village Formula for families in Cervia!

And if you leave the village, you safely cross 40 meters of cool pine forest (beautiful — they even organize entertainment activities for children during the day!) and on the beach you will have an umbrella and two sunbeds at your disposal. Convenient, right?

Swimming pools

In the afternoon, my friend Stefania played with Matteo, her 18-month-old son, in one of the 2 small pools with 65 cm deep water, while Simone, the older one, 9 years old, was diving and swimming with my son Alessio in the adjacent large pool (all with heated water!), surrounded by rocks and palm trees.

For them, it was like being on an island, they said ? So nice being able to enjoy chatting with friends while lying on a sunbed in the solarium, with our children always within sight.

Whirlpool tubs

Every now and then we treated ourselves to a drink while soaking in the whirlpool tub near the pools (there are two, with 8 seats each).
Yes, because the great thing is that this is not just a hotel for children, but also an all-inclusive village with a free soft-drink bar always available!

Here, if there’s one thing that really makes a difference in this family hotel, it’s exactly this: they know perfectly well what it means to have a family and wanting to relax and have fun on holiday after a long winter.

Beach

When I think of how many early wake-ups my husband had in the past on vacation just to get us a spot! This summer it didn’t even feel real to wake up calmly, have breakfast, and move at a completely relaxed pace. Not to mention the fact that Bagno Franco has a baby park area where little children can have fun.

These are the small but big attentions that really make the difference!

Entertainment

Anyway, I’m warning you: seeing your children under the beach umbrella will be a miracle. The entertainment starts already at 10 a.m. with the baby dance, and the schedule is incredibly full of things to do for all ages, both in the morning and in the afternoon.

Basically, your children forget you exist! Sometimes that’s not so bad, right? 😉

Relax and Fun at the Fabbri
Comfort, relaxation, and fun. A holiday we highly recommend, where everything feels both familiar
and professional. Clean and well-managed common areas and hotel rooms. The Franco 70–71
beach is perfectly run.
Congratulations to everyone: the reception team, always ready for anything; the dining staff,
efficient and smiling despite the busy moments; the bar staff, serious and attentive.
Entertainment, led by Giovanni (a true stage talent), includes Riccardo with his booming voice,
Sandra and Fatima with their gentleness, Antonio’s Neapolitan energy, Alessandro’s dancing
muscles, young Matteo, Rachele’s experience, and Debora’s invigorating charm.
Thanks also to the bike service — it made me want to get back on a bike after decades!
And a note of appreciation for Pinarella’s excellent health services, which supported us during a
medical issue — we felt truly protected.

Relaxing holidays
A family holiday to remember. The warm welcome from all the staff makes you feel truly cared for
— a real all-inclusive experience where you can relax and enjoy some fun too, thanks to the
entertainment team, always present but never intrusive…
A big thank you to Riccardo (always on the move and super engaging), to Debora who kept us fit
with morning stretch and aqua gym, and to Sandra (our “teacher”), whose smile and sweetness won
everyone over…

An excellent place for a family holiday, with delicious and varied cuisine ?, kind and helpful staff,
convenient access to all services (beach, Pinarella town centre, cycling path), and great
organization.
The highlight: the entertainment!
A team of engaging young people who are never intrusive—cheerful, funny, and full of passion for
what they do!

Her morning muscle wake-ups were the perfect start to the day, followed by her dance and aqua
gym lessons ?.

Spectacular holiday, nothing more to say!
I’m generally the kind of person who loves to travel and change destination every time, but this
place is the one and only exception!
We spent a wonderful week here and we’ll definitely be back next year.
I really wanted to compliment everyone working behind the scenes — the staff, the chefs, and
especially the entertainers who completely won our kids’ hearts.
Riccardo and Debora’s energy, Sandra’s endless sweetness, and Mattia’s amazing organization (as
well as all the other fantastic team members full of enthusiasm and dedication) brought a wave of
joy and vitality to our days.

Perfect Holiday
One of the best experiences of my life, thanks above all to the entertainment team. Each of them has
something unique: Alessandro’s dancing, Rachele’s singing, Sandra’s sweetness… and then the one
and only, the absolutely crazy Riccardo, who as a true Captain always finds a way to make people
smile — even when they don’t feel like smiling.
Credit also goes to Giovanni, who brings out the best in the team.
All I can say is a huge thank you. We just left and already can’t wait to come back

A Perfect Week
Too bad we can only give 5 stars — they would deserve many more. Fantastic resort just a short
walk from the sea, with superb cuisine and the best entertainment you could wish for: always
present but never intrusive. Antonio is incredibly engaging; I joined all his activities — at some
point he was signing me up automatically without even asking. Sandra is absolutely addictive; my
children couldn’t be without her anymore. And all the other guys, guided by the amazing Giovanni,
were exceptional, giving us a week we’ll never forget.
